In regulation 25 (offences)—

(a)

in paragraph (1), after “regulation” insert “4(1),”; and

(b)

in paragraph (2)(b) omit “not exceeding the statutory maximum”; and

(c)

after paragraph (2) insert—

“(2A)

In Scotland and Northern Ireland, a fine imposed under paragraph (2)(b) may not exceed the statutory maximum.”.
