Regulation 1 Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Nuclear Installations (Compensation for Nuclear Damage) (Amendment) Regulations 2025.

(2)

These Regulations come into force on the same day as Schedule 22 to the EA 2023 (Accession to Convention on Supplementary Compensation for Nuclear Damage) comes into force.

(3)

These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

(4)

In these Regulations, “EA 2023” means the Energy Act 2023.
