Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Nuclear Safeguards (EU Exit) Regulations 2018.
(2)
Subject to paragraph 3, these Regulations come into force on exit day.
(3)
Regulations 7 to 9 come into force on 1st January 2021.
