# The Nuclear Safeguards (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 13: Initial book inventory


An operator of a qualifying nuclear facility must, within the period of 15 days beginning with commencement day, send to the ONR, an initial inventory of all the qualifying nuclear material in each material balance area of a qualifying nuclear facility on commencement day, using the format set out in Part 4 of Schedule 1.
