# The Nuclear Safeguards (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 41: ONR to provide an annual report to the Secretary of State


(1) The ONR must provide an annual report to the Secretary of State setting out how these Regulations have been applied in the previous twelve months.
(2) The first report must be submitted to the Secretary of State on the expiration of twelve months from commencement day.
