  "text": "In the Nursing and Midwifery Council (Education, Registration and Registration Appeals) Rules 2004, in rule 6 (requirements for declarations of good health and good character), in paragraph (6), after sub-paragraph (c) insert the following sub-paragraphs—\n“(ca) any inclusion by the Independent Barring Board of the applicant in a barred list (within the meaning of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 or the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups (Northern Ireland) Order 2007);\n(cb) any inclusion by the Scottish Ministers of the applicant in the children’s list or the adults’ list (within the meaning of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007);”.",
