Article 3 Amendment to article 12A

In article 12A (indemnity arrangements)^f1 after paragraph (7) insert—

“(7A)

For the purposes of verifying that information, the Registrar may disclose to any person information relating to a person’s indemnity arrangement which is provided to the Council by virtue of rules made under paragraph (4) or (7).”.
