In article 37(5) (appeals against Registrar’s decisions)—
(a) after sub-paragraph (c)(i) insert “and”;
(b) after sub-paragraph (c)(ii)(cc) omit “and”;
(c) omit sub-paragraphs (c)(iii) and (d).
