# The Nursing and Midwifery (Amendment) Order 2017, Paragraph 5: Amendments to article 26A


In article 26A (exercise of Investigating Committee functions by the Registrar or officers of the Council)—
(a) in paragraph (1) for “paragraphs (1), (2)(b) to (d), (5), (6) and (8)” substitute “paragraphs (1), (2)(b) to (d), (5), (5A), (6), (7A) and (8)”;
(b) in paragraph (2)—
(i) omit “or (iii)”,
(ii) for “Health Committee or to the Conduct and Competence Committee” substitute “Fitness to Practise Committee”.
