# The Nursing and Midwifery (Amendment) Order 2017, Paragraph 4: Amendment of the Schedule to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (Midwifery and Practice Committees) (Constitution) Rules Order of Council 2008


In rule 2 (interpretation)—
(a) in the definition of “member” omit “the Midwifery Committee or”;
(b) omit the definition of “practising midwife”.
