# The Nursing and Midwifery (Amendment) Order 2017, Paragraph 7: Amendment of the Schedule to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (Midwifery and Practice Committees) (Constitution) Rules Order of Council 2008


In rule 6 (the Practice Committees)—
(a) for paragraph (1) substitute—
“(1) The members of each Practice Committee shall be appointed by the Council.”;
(b) in paragraph (2) for “any other Practice Committee” substitute “the Fitness to Practise Committee”.
