# The Nursing and Midwifery (Amendment) Order 2018, Paragraph 19: Amendment of article 26


In article 26 (the Investigating Committee)—
(a) in paragraph (1) omit “or 24”;
(b) for paragraph (6)(b) substitute—
“(b) refer the case to the Fitness to Practise Committee.”;
(c) in paragraph (6A) for “paragraphs (5A), (6)(a) or (b)(i),” substitute “paragraphs (5A) or (6)(a)”.
