# The Nursing and Midwifery (Amendment) Order 2018, Paragraph 21: Amendment of article 29


For paragraph (4) of article 29 (orders of the Fitness to Practise Committee) substitute—
“(4) The Committee may undertake mediation of the matter, or decide that it is not appropriate to take any further action.”.
