Regulation 25 Amendment of Commission Regulation (EC) No 1025/2009

Commission Regulation (EC) No 1025/2009 of 29 October 2009 refusing to authorise certain health claims made on food, other than those referring to the reduction of disease risk and to children’s development and health is amended as follows.
(2)
In Article 1—
(a)
omit “Community”;
(b)
for “as provided for in Article 13(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006” substitute “in the Annex to Regulation (EU) 432/2012”;
(c)
omit the second sentence.
(3)
Omit Article 2.
