Regulation 55 Amendment of Commission Regulation (EU) No 155/2014

Commission Regulation (EU) No 155/2014 of 19 February 2014 refusing to authorise certain health claims made on foods, other than those referring to the reduction of disease risk and to children’s development and health is amended as follows.

In Article 1—
(a)
omit “Union”;
(b)
for “as provided for in Article 13(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006” substitute “in the Annex to Regulation (EU) 432/2012”;
(c)
omit paragraph 2.
