Regulation 63 Amendment of Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/8

Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/8 of 6 January 2015 refusing to authorise certain health claims made on foods, other than those referring to the reduction of disease risk and to children’s development and health is amended as follows.

In Article 1—
(a)
omit “Union”;
(b)
for “as provided for in Article 13(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006” substitute “in the Annex to Regulation (EU) 432/2012”;
(c)
omit paragraph 2.

Omit Article 2.
