Regulation 67 Amendment of Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1041

Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1041 of 30 June 2015 refusing to authorise certain health claims made on foods, other than those referring to the reduction of disease risk and to children’s development and health is amended as follows.

(2)

In Article 1—

(a)

omit “Union”;

(b)

for “as provided for in Article 13(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006” substitute “in the Annex to Regulation (EU) 432/2012”;

(3)

Omit Article 2.
