  "text": "(1) For regulations made by the Scottish Ministers, see section 27 of the Interpretation and Legislative Reform (Scotland) Act 2010.\n(2) Regulations made by the Scottish Ministers under regulation 2 (food supplements) are subject to the negative procedure (see section 28 of the Interpretation and Legislative Reform (Scotland) Act 2010).\n(3) Regulations made by the Scottish Ministers under regulation 3 (purity criteria for substances listed in Schedule 2) or 4 (amounts of vitamins and minerals) are subject to the affirmative procedure (see section 29 of the Interpretation and Legislative Reform (Scotland) Act 2010).",
