# The Nutrition (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 76: Amendment of Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/862


(1) Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/862 of 31 May 2016 refusing to authorise a health claim made on foods, other than those referring to the reduction of disease risk and to children’s development and health is amended as follows.
(2) In Article 1—
(a) omit “Union”;
(b) for “as provided for in Article 13(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006” substitute “in the Annex to Regulation (EU) 432/2012”;
(3) Omit Article 2.
