Regulation 84 Amendment of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/672

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/672 of 7 April 2017 authorising a health claim made on foods, other than those referring to the reduction of disease risk and to children’s development and health and amending Regulation (EU) No 432/2012 is amended as follows.

In Article 1—
(a)
omit “Union”;
(b)
for “as provided for in Article 13(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006” substitute “in the Annex to Regulation (EU) 432/2012”.
