# The Nutrition (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 85: Amendment of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/676


(1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/676 of 10 April 2017 authorising a health claim made on foods, other than those referring to the reduction of disease risk and to children’s development and health and amending Regulation (EU) No 432/2012 is amended as follows.
(2) In Article 1—
(a) omit “Union”;
(b) for “as provided for in Article 13(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006” substitute “in the Annex to Regulation (EU) 432/2012”.
(3) Omit Article 3.
