# The Nutrition (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 89: Amendment of Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/199


(1) Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/199 of 9 February 2018 refusing to authorise a health claim made on foods, other than those referring to the reduction of disease risk and to children’s development and health is amended as follows.
(2) In Article 1—
(a) omit “Union”;
(b) for “as provided for in Article 13(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006” substitute “in the Annex to Regulation (EU) 432/2012”;
(3) Omit Article 2.
