# The Nutrition (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 3: Amendment of Part 2 of the 2019 Regulations


(1) Part 2 of the 2019 Regulations (provision about food supplements) is amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 5 (regulations: general)—
(a) in paragraph (2)—
(i) for “the United Kingdom” substitute “Great Britain”;
(ii) omit sub-paragraph (c);
(b) in paragraph (4), omit sub-paragraph (d).
(3) Omit regulation 9 (regulations: Northern Ireland).
