# The Occupational Pension Schemes (Levies) (Amendment) Regulations 2006, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Occupational Pension Schemes (Levies) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 1st April 2006.
(2) In these Regulations “the Levies Regulations” means the Occupational Pension Schemes (Levies) Regulations 2005.
