  "text": "For regulation 6(2) of the Levies Regulations (the amount payable) substitute—\n“(2) This is the table for the administration levy for the financial year ending with 31st March 2008—\nColumn 1\nColumn 2\nColumn 3\nNumber of members on the reference day\nAmount of levy calculated by reference to number of members (M)\nMinimum amount of levy\n2 to 11\n£35\n12 to 99\n£3.70 x M\n100 to 999\n£2.66 x M\n£370\n1,000 to 4,999\n£2.07 x M\n£2,670\n5,000 to 9,999\n£1.57 x M\n£10,360\n10,000 or more\n£1.10 x M\n£15,690.\n”.",
