# The Occupational Pension Schemes (Levies) (Amendment) Regulations 2007, Regulation 5: Revocations


Paragraphs (2), (4) and (8)(a) of regulation 2 of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Levies) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 (amendment of the Levies Regulations) are revoked.
