  "text": "For regulation 6(2) of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Levies) Regulations 2005 (the amount of the administration levy payable), substitute—\n“(2) This is the table for the administration levy for the financial year ending with 31st March 2009 and for each financial year after that—\nColumn 1\nNumber of members on the reference day\nColumn 2\nAmount of levy calculated by reference to number of members (M)\nColumn 3\nMinimum amount of levy\n2 to 11\n£42\n12 to 99\n£4.33 x M\n100 to 999\n£3.12 x M\n£430\n1,000 to 4,999\n£2.43 x M\n£3,120\n5,000 to 9,999\n£1.84 x M\n£12,150\n10,000 or more\n£1.29 x M\n£18,400.\n”.",
