# The Occupational Pension Schemes (Levies) Regulations 2005, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Occupational Pension Schemes (Levies) Regulations 2005.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st April 2005.
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales and Scotland.
