# The Occupational Pension Schemes (Levy Ceiling) Order 2009, Article 1: Citation and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Occupational Pension Schemes (Levy Ceiling) Order 2009.
(2) This Order comes into force—
(a) for the purposes of this article and article 2, on 31st March 2009; and
(b) for the purposes of article 3, on 1st April 2009.
