# The Offender Management Act 2007 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2008, Paragraph 21: Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006


(1) The Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 59 (vulnerable adults), after subsection (1)(f), insert—
“(fa) he is by virtue of an order of a court under supervision by a person acting for the purposes mentioned in section 1(1) of the Offender Management Act 2007 (c. 21),”.
