# The Offender Management Act 2007 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2008, Paragraph 25: Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007


(1) The Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 7 (child-protection and probation function)—
(a) in subsection (3)—
(i) after “board” insert “, a provider of probation services”; and
(ii) after paragraph (a), insert—
“(aa) section 13 of the Offender Management Act 2007 (c. 21),”; and
(b) after subsection (3) insert—
“(4) This section also applies to any duty of care that a provider of probation services owes in respect of the carrying out by it of activities in pursuance of arrangements under section 3 of the Offender Management Act 2007.”
