The Redundancy Payments (Continuity of Employment of Local Government, etc) (Modification) Order 1999f1 is amended as follows.

In Schedule 1 (employment to which this Order applies: employers immediately before the relevant event), in section 10 (miscellaneous bodies), after paragraph 4A, insert—
“4B.a probation trust.”
