Paragraph 15 Children Act 2004 Information Database (England) Regulations 2007

The Children Act 2004 Information Database (England) Regulations 2007^f1 are amended as follows.

In Schedule 3 (persons who may be given access to the database by a local authority), in paragraph 5, the existing provisions become sub-paragraph (1), and after that sub-paragraph insert—

“(2)

An officer of a provider of probation services acting in England.”

In Schedule 4 (persons and bodies required to disclose information for inclusion in the database), after paragraph 3, insert—

“4.

A provider of probation services (other than the Secretary of State).”
