# The Offender Management Act 2007 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2008, Paragraph 3: Welsh Language Scheme (Public Bodies) Order 2001


(1) The Welsh Language Scheme (Public Bodies) Order 2001 is amended as follows.
(2) In the Schedule insert, at the appropriate place—
“
Ymddiriedolaethau Prawf yng Nghymru
Probation trusts in Wales.
”
