Regulation 16 Amendments to Article 56

Article 56 (use of the Common Health Entry Document (CHED) by the operator and by the competent authorities) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 2, for “electronic equivalent” substitute “electronic or digital equivalents”.

(3)

In paragraph 3—

(a)

in point (a) omit “of the border control post of arrival”;

(b)

in point (b) omit “of the border control post,”.

(4)

In paragraph 4 omit “of the border control post”.

(5)

In paragraph 5 omit “of the border control post”.
