# The Official Controls (Amendment) Regulations 2024, Regulation 17: Amendments to Article 57


(1) Article 57 (use of the CHED by customs authorities) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1—
(a) for “custom” substitute “customs”;
(b) omit “of the border control post”.
(3) In paragraph 2(a) omit “of the border control post”.
(4) In paragraph 3 omit “of the border control post”.
