# The Official Controls (Amendment) Regulations 2024, Regulation 22: Amendment to Article 76


In Article 76(4)(a) (cooperation between authorities in relation to consignments not subject to specific controls at borders) for “electronic equivalents” substitute “electronic or digital equivalents”.
