# The Official Controls (Amendment) Regulations 2024, Regulation 23: Amendment to Article 80


In Article 80 (other fees or charges) for “official controls and other official activities” substitute “any activities they carry out under this Regulation or under legislation made using the powers included in this Regulation, including official controls or other official activities”.
