# The Official Controls (Amendment) Regulations 2024, Regulation 33: Amendments to Commission Decision 2007/777/EC


(1) Commission Decision 2007/777/EC laying down the animal and public health conditions and model certificates for imports of certain meat products and treated stomachs, bladders and intestines for human consumption from third countries and repealing Decision 2005/432/EC is amended as follows.
(2) For Article 3(a) (animal health requirements concerning the origin and treatment of the meat products and treated stomachs, bladders and intestines) (but not the “and” after it) substitute—
“(a) comply with—
(i) any conditions concerning origin and treatment set out in Annex 1(1) or (2); and
(ii) any conditions set out in a document published under point (b);”.
(3) In Annex 2, Part 2, in the table, omit the table notes.
