Regulation 49 Amendments to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/1602

Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/1602 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2017/625 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the Common Health Entry Document accompanying consignments of animals and goods to their destination^f1 is amended as follows.

In Article 4(a) (conditions for the CHED accompanying consignments which are not split) for “a copy, on paper or in electronic form,” substitute “a paper, electronic or digital copy”.

In Article 5(1)(d) (conditions for the CHED accompanying consignments split at the border control post) for “a copy, on paper or in electronic form,” substitute “a paper, electronic or digital copy”.

In Article 6(a) (conditions for the CHED accompanying consignments under customs supervision split after leaving the border control post) for “a copy, on paper or in electronic form,” substitute “a paper, electronic or digital copy”.
