# The Official Controls (Amendment) Regulations 2024, Regulation 8: Amendments to Article 45


In Article 45(1) (types of official controls on animals and goods other than those subject to official controls at border control posts under Section 2)—
(a) omit point (a) and the “and” after it;
(b) in point (b) for “identity checks and physical checks” substitute “documentary checks, identity checks and physical checks”.
