  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 14(2) of the Official Secrets Act 1989, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nOFFICIAL SECRETS\nMade 2007\nComing into force 2007\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 12(1)(f) of the Official Secrets Act 1989, having regard to the definition of “prescribed” in section 13(1).\nIn accordance with section 14(2) of that Act a draft of this Order was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
