# The Official Secrets Act 1989 (Prescription) (Amendment) Order 2012, Article 2: Amendment to the Official Secrets Act 1989 (Prescription) Order 1990


(1) The Official Secrets Act 1989 (Prescription) Order 1990 is amended as follows.
(2) At the end of Schedule 2 insert—
“
A Police and crime commissioner
A Deputy police and crime commissioner
Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime
Deputy Mayor for Policing and Crime
The Lord Mayor of the City of London
The representative of the Court of Common Council acting in its capacity as the Police Authority for the City of London
”
