  "text": "This draft Order supersedes the draft Order of the same name laid before Parliament on 14th February 2013 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that draft Statutory Instrument.\nDraft Order laid before Parliament under section 65(2) of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nOfficial Statistics\nMade ***\nComing into force in accordance with article 1 (2)\nThis Order is made by the Minister for the Cabinet Office in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(1)(b) and (2) of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007.\nIn accordance with section 6(3) of that Act, the Minister has consulted the Statistics Board.\nIn accordance with section 65(2) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
