# The Official Statistics (Scotland) Amendment Order 2012, Article 2: Amendments to the Official Statistics (Scotland) Order 2008


For article 2 (official statistics) of the Official Statistics (Scotland) Order 2008 substitute—
“2. (1) Subject to paragraph (2), wholly Scottish devolved statistics produced, or to be produced, by the persons listed in the Schedule are specified as official statistics for the purposes of section 6(1)(b) of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007.
(2) In relation to Sustrans Limited, only statistics produced, or to be produced, on behalf of the Scottish Ministers are so specified.”.
