# The Official Statistics (Scotland) Amendment Order 2026, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Official Statistics (Scotland) Amendment Order 2026 and comes into force on the same day as section 1 of the Education (Scotland) Act 2025 comes into force for all purposes.
