# The Official Statistics (Scotland) Amendment Order 2026, Article 2: Amendment of the Official Statistics (Scotland) Order 2008


(1) The Official Statistics (Scotland) Order 2008 is amended as follows.
(2) In the schedule—
(a) omit “Scottish Qualifications Authority”,
(b) where alphabetically appropriate, insert “Qualifications Scotland”.
