Draft Order laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 65(6)(a) of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007, for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.

Coming into force in accordance with article 1

The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(1)(b)(ii) and (2) of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007^f1 and all other powers enabling them to do so.

In accordance with section 6(3) of that Act the Scottish Ministers have consulted the Statistics Board.

In accordance with section 65(6)(a) of that Act^f2 a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
