# The Offshore Combustion Installations (Pollution Prevention and Control) (Amendment) Regulations 2018, Regulation 9: Amendment of regulation 6 (applications for permits and variation of permits: effects on the environment of other member States)


In regulation 6—
(a) in the heading, after “variation of permits” insert “for large combustion installations”;
(b) in paragraph (1), in both places it occurs, for “an offshore combustion installation” substitute “a large combustion installation”.
