Coming into force in accordance with article 1

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9(1) and (2) of the London Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Act 2006f1, makes the following Order.

The Secretary of State has consulted in accordance with section 9(3) of that Act.
